Over the years I have been closely involved in managing many integrations or implementations within different solution areas (core business and supporting) in line with “living” roadmap(s). I have thorough experience in solution design within Digital Marketing, CRM Sales & Service, (Big) Data Warehousing (or lakes if you prefer), MIS, Output Mgmt, Digital Asset Mgmt, Document Mgmt, Web-portals or (Customer-centric platforms if your prefer), Internet Booking Engines, ERP’s,…

During those, I have learned that business comes first and ecosystems matter most. It's about managing the forest, not all the leaves. Deep inside the forest... I encountered many patterns... including strange Enterprise Service Bus Architectures, point-to-point Spaghetti, multiple forms of Service Oriented Design or SOA, Microservice architectures, nearly invisible Master Data Management, Proces (re-)engineering or Lean exercises, Knowledge and documentation mgmt fiascoes & successes, (meta)models and yes… most importantly: a lot of fantastic and ...less fantastic people.
