I believe that within complex ecosystems, sustainable succes and the power to continuously and quickly adapt to changing circumstances rely strongly on the execution of those tasks. Not only on paper or on your own, but especially together, by human interaction and shared insight.

During those, I have I have learned that business comes first and ecosystems matter most. It's about managing the forest, not all the leaves. Deep inside the forest... I encountered many patterns...

Thanks to them, I could learn, grow, evolve, develop instinct and gut feeling, learn from mistakes, get up fast after falling down... but most of all: Learn how to help others grow because if you want to far, you need to go together.
